The issue was the notion that you can let the BMS tell you the battery is full by hitting that limit. Not with BB. Apparently Itinerant1 has an adjustable voltage BMS so he can pick a lower high limit and use that, but I am not too clear on that to say the least.
I did a rough amp hour calculation using your times and amps for your approx. 30-100 and I got 68.63AH. So that works out right! :)
