You don't understand the physics of what you said and by your tone, you probably don't want to understand but I'm going to try anyway;
You CANNOT run 200amps at 12V through your body. The body has too much resistance and cannot conduct well enough for any significant current to pass through your body at that potential. Because of our high resistance, it takes the potential of the higher voltage to over come that resistance and make it possible for the current to conduct through our bodies.
So in the case of electrocution death, it takes voltage to cause the current to pass through you. One without the other does no harm.
You should go to a museum that has a working Tesla coil to experience what I mean. It will run many thousands of volts through your body with very little current.
