Bedroom Air Conditioner . . . . Worth It??

Depends on where (part of the USA) you will be using it.

High heat / humid areas - yes.
(Southern states, FL, TX, etc.)

Moderate heat low humidity - no.

I have a 2nd unit in a 2006 trailer that I can honestly say I never need/use.
But.....in *summer* I stay close to the CA/OR/WA coast - *NO* AZ, NV, etc.
