I'm sure this has been said many times already, but search really doesn't work well on the forum. So here it goes again:
There is hardly any difference between unregulated LED boards from Ebay and unregulated boards from US-based sellers. They all buy from China where LED manufacturers appear and disappear every few months. Few stores like Command Electronics sell US made LED-related products, but usually not boards or cobs.
There "could" be difference in rate of reject and failures between different Ebay sellers, but I think there is no consistency so it is impossible to tell "good" sources from "bad" ones. Toss a coin.
There IS a difference in LED "bulbs" design, i.e. cob, board with fixed base, board with pigtail base, tube etc.
