Call them. They have a tech on duty all the time. They are super to deal with all the time. We have had ours on our unit for 20 years. Last year when leaving a site I pushed extend instead of retract. I know I should know better after 20 years. Anyway they were stuck down would not move on a holiday weekend. Called their number. Guy told us how to get them back up. Then told us what he thought I had damaged and what to check when we got home. Sure enough he was right. Sent us the part and instructions on how to replace. We are less than a hundred miles from factory. But all we had to pay for was the part. Great company.
