Black and Decker Vector "smart" charger
Hi all, Just a heads up. At -4 c (25 f) the Black and Decker Vector won't charge at all--even on the 2 amp setting. It more or less instantly shuts down. The recondition selection does appare...

wether you want to try this ? is up to you
but Vectors have a little hole in the front display, use a toothpick or similar small round 'object' to push the hidden button to turn on the equalize mode
you might also try bowing some warm air on the battery for 10-15 minutes
and then try charging
i am assuming the generator is outside, and the battery is cold
warming it up might help
