Lots of dry lube on the cable. My pull cable has broken so I am going to have to take it apart. I have the parts just need a dry warm day. Start by emptying the tank and flushing it as best you can. Then take the valve body apart and slip the blade out along with the cable. Install a new assembly and you should be good to go.
