MEXICOWANDERER

During an outage I worry about Jesus' income in the three freezers. 300-400 lbs lobsters, and an equal weight of huachinango a coveted red sea bass.
The HF 700 watt keeps the three going fine but 2 hours each-one at dawn then again at dusk means a full day of running the generator. The enramada is open for business anyway so what the heck. The generator is safely ensconced out back. When it is finished for the day it gets removed to indoors 1/3 mile from the breakers.
I figure that a widely varying load is where an inverter generator pays off. When Quicksilver had a 5500 watt diesel genset, it's load was continuous 24/7 with at least one A/C unit. With care, I could start and run all three roof air units. Now I have just the 3 5000 BTU units.
