Here's a good one for you. I just call 'technical support' at the number listed in the Predator manual.
I asked the 'tech' about the oil change interval. At first he said you understand these manuals are scripted in China by people with sometimes limited command of English.
Told him the chart is ambiguous. He responded that's it's very clear. If you use the generator eight hours, change oil. If you don't use it much then you can wait! The guy really didn't know squat.
Bottom line, he said change oil EVERY eight hours period. Wow.
