I've got the Bogart set and am happy with it. Took me some time to understand all the settings and how the interact, along with several calls to Ralph. If you are good with one of the preset sets then you really don't need to understand all the options.
Got one of the 1st batch last summer, need to send it back for it's 2nd upgrade in a year. Good to know they are staying on top of it, tweak wise.
Might want to make sure you have the latest software. The SC-2030 is still at 1.1, from last fall I think. As of Aug 12th they went to Rev 2.3 with the TM-2030. Don't know if you can tell without opening them up though and looking at the boards. I would imagine Bogart can tell from the SN.
