Not sure what Apex fittings are but if you can find matching hoses.. Then yes.
Ah, looks like you mean the fittings on the end of the PEX pipes.
The shower valve has standard 1/2 inch IPT threads on it, so the APEX fitting is sized to match a 1/2 inch Iron pipe.. All you need is a nipple.
And perhaps a washer.. Not sure there do not have a fitting handy to look at just now.
