Brand new RV Should I sanitize fresh water lines / tank

No not there, My property goes up hill 3 miles from there to 4200 ft elavation and no service. I'm not sure how far you have to drive towards Tonnasket but seem's like about 5 miles for phone service. Chesaw has a pay phone. And heading west out of chesaw verizon will start working. I have friends that live up by my property year round no cell service of any kind I'm told. Rangers seem to drive through every day during the season.
