Charge at 10 amperes until a three cell battery reaches 7.50 volts then terminate the charge.
Charge at 10 amperes until six cells in series reaches 15.0 volts then terminate.
Charge at 10 amps until 18 cells reach 45.0 volts then terminate
All setups are series connected.
This is called by my definition "Top Charging" and will condition the plate surface to absorb the maximum amount of electrolyte and get your batteries off to an ideal start. Like to see proof? Charge 3 cells at 7.5 volts and compare to a regularly treated battery. Charge the "other" battery normal. Let both sit for a week with no activity. Compare resting voltage.
