OK, that sounds like exactly what happened. I've got two guys coming out to take a look and hopefully fix it. Removing all those panels to gain access is going to be too much work for me. They've done a lot work for me in the past and they've always been reasonable on pricing and do an excellent job. I'm glad they're willing to drive up here because I'm an hour and a half north of them. They've driven quite a ways for me in the past but not quite this far. Luckily their pricing should easily make up for the cost of getting them up here. I could also use a new awning and there are are a few small items that I've been just dealing with so there will be plenty for them to do.
