Voc of 36.8 or did you measure 34.2 with nothing connected?
I am NOT an expert on solar panels by any stretch of the imagination just several years of hands on experience with several K series panels
My rig has a series / parallel arrangement of K140's which provide a measured Voc of 41 volts with a measured Vmp of 35volts about 15% drop from Voc to Vmp
Not sure of your Voc get it measured and see how much % difference between the Vmp 28.2 Volts and the Voc - curious nothing more.
Do you have a clamp on DC amp meter?
My guess you should read 6.5amps on the input side with the above numbers
Looks like things are cooking along as they should be
A simple Tracking test could be for you to walk in front of the panel, partial shade of some sort and quickly take a few array voltage measurements after it's back to full sun - Might give you and idea of the tracking sweep time involved
