Oh no...ohhhh no. It's the water from the AC. It's running to that one spot and when I scrubbed the roof edges last week when I cleaned the roof I must have opened up a leak. Water is running down inside. And just tonight, out the bottom -- a very very slow drip. How do I dry out the inside of the wall. Is it me or does that look like black mold? They can't open it up, can they? I'm thinking all you can do is dry it out well and then reseal it. ?
I just lost any reseale value I might have had. *sigh*
Going hunting for videos that might explain what one does about this.
Any input would be appreciated. If I take the window out I figure I might have a better sense of how bad it is. Might be able to dry it out better with a blow dryer or something. ?
