- mark5wExplorerIf it is the roof think about using Eternabond tape. Permanent fix.
- cannesdoExplorerThat's just around the outside of the window. Surely there are others seals w/in which I need to check. I think it's prob. the roof as it's needing recaulking. But I'll check the window too.

Yes, the caulking on the roof needs replacing. Was going to wait until I got to the desert in 2 months. ? I just washed the rig and scrubbed the sides of the roof. ? :( If I fix the caulking now will it stay as it is or do I need to do something inside before sealing it up? Silicone seal around the window looks perfect.
I don't think that silicone seal is the best option here.
bumpy - mark5wExplorerSeal it now. Like Mayo30 said, try resealing window by taking it out and changing the tape caulk. Seal the roof and stove vent also. You got to stop the water getting in.
- cannesdoExplorerMoving in a week, a little more inland. Think I'll get right on this as fall rain is coming. I'll pick a warm sunny week. But I do need to know if something needs doing inside before resealing the roof?
- mayo30ExplorerPull that suspicious looking window corner molding and start there.

- bikendanExploreror bad caulking on the roof edges.
definitely water intrusion causing delam.
need to have a RV repair place deal with it before it gets worse. - BumpyroadExplorerstove vent is another possibility.
bumpy - mark5wExplorerMoisture/water intrusion Check roof, vent right of window, awning and window. Water travels so be thorough in your search. Good luck. It can be repaired. A good rv shop will fix it for you. Don't wait too long or it will get bigger.
