Hyper amperage may affect ampacity but batteries automatically lose that as their load is increased.
With a 200 amp inverter draw from 4 three cell gc220's and the inverter 10 feet distant from the batteries an increase from 2/0 to 4/0 cabling may allow for perhaps a 10 amp increase. Irrelevant. Some of the limiting factors are design limits of battery values with regard to CCA
My system is 24 cells 28 volts and 350 MCM cable. Utter maximum of 720 amperes charge rate with the generator itself as the limiter >17 Kw. There is almost zero voltage drop. Similarly under design limit extraction by the 4024 inverter voltage drop throughout the system is <.9 volts.
