Butyl tape
I am mounting my bunk door back this weekend and the only butyl tape I could find is black. Does anybody know if it will bleed into the white trim? Thanks

Sure it will. Just take a single edge razor blade to trim it as necessary. You actually want it to squeeze out when you install the door. That insures a water title seal.
