The ONLY reason a "used" Converter would be offered for sale is because it was pulled when replaced because it was causing a problem. Very few people would replace a good power converter with a new or upgraded model and then sell on the Internet. There might be people that attempt to repair used converters and sell them, but as others pointed out, WHY buy used when NEW does not cost much more. Doug
