At least one of them is normal. If the engine isn't running, when the brake peddle is pressed, it's normal to hear the HydroBoost/HydroMax assist motor run to provide help with braking. It's an electric motor running a pump that you hear. The assist with the motor running comes from the power-steering pump. All Ford V10 F-53 chassis do it.
If you've got another noise, I'm not sure what would be causing that.
