Can Dexter EZ-Lube axles be serviced as regular axles?

If your utility trailer doesn't have brakes, I would just use the EZ-lube set-up as is. No need to worry about leaky seals allowing grease on brake linings.

If it were me, I would disassemble them once for inspection to check if all was good and bearing clearances were within specs.
