The fridge in the 1981 11 ft slide-in camper we got in 2015 (sold last year) was toast on arrival. Tried a 3.2cuft 120v fridge for a while. Bad for off grid on inverter and batteries even with 300w of solar. Never again! Need propane fridge for off-grid unless you have sunshine every day almost. Found a nice used one that was not a pilot light type (hate that pilot business!) Got it to fit with some hammer and saw work. Think it was Dometic 7001 IIRC. Was in a Class B originally.
