Thanks for the info. The house is a block home not a manuf or mobile.

I'm in the process of working on the interior and just don't want to buy a new hot water heater right now until I am completely done remodeling.

Just need some hot water so I can shower in an adult size shower IN the house instead of the MH. The real shower and having hot water for more than 10 minutes being just another one of the perks of buying this place after 6 years of full-timing!
