Moving 110 Volt power fault causing the ACs to try a re-start too soon after they lose power because of brief power drop. I would go over all the 110 circuits involved for solid integrity. As you no doubt know a quick restart effort will produce problems with current draw. Actually it could even be caused by a thermostat system problem calling for restart without cycling through the timer for safety... :)
