Can't run A/C at home: solved -- see 8/21/16 update

too much voltage drop
use a meter check the voltage in the house, in the garage, and in the TT with the A/C on

at my brothers place in Indiana 90 percent humidity, 75ft of cord 105*
i could run 1 a/c off a 20amp outlet

he had 'Good" power from the local utility CO-OP
