You need to look up how to wire a NEMA 14-50. This is the same connector your home uses to drive your 240 volt electric oven or range.

NEMA 14-30 is exactly the same except the neutral pin is an "L" shape and can be adapted same as your 50-30 adapter works.

Please do some additional research before you start blasting nonsense.
