Can't run A/C at home: solved -- see 8/21/16 update

Some great tips here -- thanks to all! Len, there is nothing else turned on in the trailer -- no other load except the a/c. Jayw, thanks for those photos and tips -- I will carefully study them and will do my best to test the voltage later this morning.

If I get one of those dogbone adapters, will they have beefier wiring than the "hocky puck" adapter I am now using? That could be the weak link right there.
