20 amp draw was twice the 20 hr rate, so the capacity at that high rate would be much less than 200AH if you had run it to 10.5v
The fact that you only went half way down and allowed for the bounce back recovery helps make that effect go away. I don't know what the real result of that test was, but your batteries do still work.
Is 12.1 50% with those AGMs? Trojan Wets are at 50% at 12.1 resting, but AGMs have a higher voltage for SOC IIRC.
