Looks like Bank B is taking more load than bank A, probably due to a slight imbalance? I don't know the spec SG for 50% on those batts, but you seem to be pretty close to full rated capacity on your bank at the 20 hr rate according to those results IMO.
Can't see anything there that relates to the 90-100% recharge amps thing you observed. Maybe the imbalance has one bank keeping the amps up at the end when they would be tapering otherwise?
