Ran fridge for 2 3/4 hrs. Then turned it off and let bank sit for 1/2 an hour. Voltage recovered to 12.76v... Now that's what I'm talkin' about!
It appears BFL nailed it. All these babies needed was a good cycling to get them back up to par (or pretty near that?).
So, this raises a question about floating? Would floating eliminate the drop in resting ocv's I saw?
