I you have a lot of data then putting it in an excel spreadsheet is the best way to go. Use the XY Scatter chart to graph the results. A graph is so much easier to understand than just a table.
BTW, converting data to Watt-hours is opening a can of worms. Now you have two variables (amps and voltage). There's a reason batteries are rated in amp-hours. Stick with it. The simplest way is usually the better way.
