Resting OCV's have improved dramatically. OCV was dropping down to 12.72 over just a couple days after a maintenance/top charge. I'm at my brother's place and have access to shore power :). I did another long charge Wednesday night, from 9:15pm 'til 7am Thursday. A 79 - 100%, which ended at 2.5a @ 14.3v (Should have been 14.4v float, so not sure why it was 14.3?). Assuming float kicked in around that 8+hr mark, the bank would have sat at ~ 14.4v float for about 1 1/2 hrs.
Since then, I've been periodically turning off the fridge (only load for the time being), to check OCV's. After nearly 23 hours of actual run time, at a little under 0.9a draw, Vbatt was 12.68v, and soc was 96% with 19Ah's removed... After a 45 minute rest, OCV was @ 12.76v. So things seem to be back to normal.
