Well, either way, the Trimetric was way off on that post capacity test charge... 238Ah vs 216, at over 8a current still being accepted... so a ways to go. I haven't given up on the meter though, as I only installed it last fall, and have not used the camper full time from then 'til now. And I imagine solar charging will likely throw it off even more? I should probably recalibrate it, but then again, I don't rely on Ah counting to tell when the bank is back to full... I rely on x amount of amps at y amount of volts, based on past results.
I bought the Trimetric at the same time I bought the pm4b-60... I would not have bought either one, if I knew then what I know now.
"You got up to 2V in battery surface charge"
I can imagine how that could make error correction difficult. Energy removed at say 12.3v average, but replaced at say 14v average.
'Til now, I had no interest in dealing in Kwh's, but IF there really is a relatively simple way of doing so, then I'm willing to venture off into that wilderness.
