Don't actually know, but from my school chemistry course (which didn't include propane catalytic heaters) I think the amount of water is in direct proportion to the amount of propane burned. Cat heaters burn less (?) propane per BTU than blue-flame heaters, so there should be less vapor. Besides, as Don noted, in a vented heater like Plat Cat the vapors are funneled to the outside together with CO and CO2.
