caulking around doors and windows.

What is the factory type of sealant type material that you squirt out of a caulking gun that Forest River uses around all their door jambs, windows frames, vents, etc, on VERTICAL external surfaces. Some of mine in the heat of summer is starting to crack, and I want to completely go over the whole TT top to bottom early this fall when it is a bit cooler, before this Godzilla sized El Nino Winter hits us in California... I want things all buttoned up and water proof /tight.

I know Dicor is used on the roof, have 2 tubes of it already.

Thanks, that's the correct material, sorry for my newbieness, this is the first time to go around and prep for a hard set of storms, we've had nothing but drought here in CA the past few years since I bought the TT.

There are two types of Dicor,
Self leveling for roofs and non self leveling for vertical surfaces.
In a pinch I have used self leveling successfully.

This stuff is flexible, white and rubbery soft elastic. Kind of like a plumbers putty of sorts.
