Caulking for reinstallation of window frame on 5er

If it is the stuff that stays flexible (i.e. you can still pull some of it off the wall and work it and stick it back on) - the stuff is electricians putty or what most call "monkey crap". I don't know what MFG's use but if I pulled one, I'd use this.
