Ceiling panel removal

Has anyone pulled down the ceiling on your coach? I've got a Forest River Charleston that suffered a leaky roof this winter which caused a couple of the panels to delaminate.

I've just pulled the cabinets needed to drop the ceiling but I'm not seeing how to get the ceiling down. Is it mechanically fastened or secured with adhesive. It looks like the ultra suede is glued to a 1/4" backing board (probably plywood) and the plywood is attached to the ceiling.
