I have been using a Wilson 801201 Dual Band amplifier for a number of years now. We live on an acreage that is not line of site to the nearest cell tower and I use it for internet access. It pumps out about 3 watts I believe and covers the 800 MHz and 1900 MHz bands.
Were it not for this amp I would not be doing what I am doing right now but it was a spendy blue box to purchase.
