I was looking to buy the above, but Amazon, HD, Lowes and others either list not in stock or discontinued. What’s going on?

Could be Hurricane Florence. Thought we were going to need one so I was looking during the storm. Amazon and HD had them but shipping was iffy. Turned out I didn't need one.
BTW. What is the difference in the 399 and the stackable one other than the obvious exterior. I like the looks of the stack ones.
