Champion 2k in storage for three years. Advice starting it?

I like RVPapas suggestion. On big engine restarts they turn on the lube oil pump for 5-minutes before cranking. My Kubota has a 24 volt gear pump that pressures up to 15 PSI to purge the Luberfiner lines.
