If the engine loads up with fuel there is a problem with the float or needle and seat in the carb.
Mistatement sounds better but it sure got lost in translation!
Just plain common sense needed here.
I have found hundreds of mistakes in diesel manuals including Caterpiller Diesels
One example is 190 foot pounds on 5/16 coarse bolt.
Common sense says NOT RIGHT.
