I have a MSW 3000w inverter that runs on two 100AH AGMs. It pulls about 120 amps to run the "1000w" (more for actual input watts) microwave and about 90 amps for either the toaster or kettle. No issues.
Point being the inverter size in watts doesn't count--it is the inverter's load that counts for what input the inverter needs.
Just because you have a big inverter (maybe on sale cheaper than the smaller size one that would have been plenty) does not mean you have to set it up as though you were going to use it at full blast.
