Charge Batteries by Idling Tow Vehicle?
This may be a dumb question, but since every tow vehicle has a generator which is connected to the batteries and they charge while driving, how about hooking up and charging at the campsite while idli...

Sorry. Looking under you name I guess I thought that "las penos" or "michoacan" was Mexican for "New" ... to go along with "mexico". P.S. Just kidding.
I guess I've been lucking out so far in that my Ford (3G?) alternator is not feeding a tree yet, considering what it goes through dumping into my AGM batteries after I run them down.
