FWIW, I bought the Morningstar Sunsaver MPPT 15 for a 235w panel. Also purchased the temp cable and the RS232 interface cable. Total cost was about $250, IIRC. The price difference between the MPPT and a cheaper PMW is somewhat recouped by battery longevity, I figure, since it is programmable for the batteries' needs. The extra wattage is just a bonus.
BTW, those Siemens panels look like a good module, ought to grab a good bit of power under different conditions. Good luck on the controller hunt!
