Charge wizard 9100
Hey all, thanks for help. Just installed charge wizard on inteli power 9100. It automatically powered up in "boost" green solid light mode when plugged in, with no 110v power source. My batteries are fully charged.
Question? I'm surprised it's on (the LED) when no shore/gen power? Is that normal for the light to always be on, even when just running off batteries?
So I monitored volts they were at 12.6 (the LED is solid green) then I plugged in shore power and the volts on batt went to 14.2 as expected for boost mode. I waited 20 minutes to see if it would jump back to normal mode on its own and it stayed in boost. I then held down button till it went to rapid flashing LED (normal) and the voltage went to 13.4 (as expected). So I guess it's working right, I am just surprised it went right into boost mode when plugged into the converter, and that the LED continues to show the mode when just in battery power (the converter is not active). This sound normal?
