Anyone can do it, with enough LISTENING, and a minor budget... They just have to want to learn from the Pro's... And, they need to do a little math, and apply themselves. One can be lazy, and get mediocre results, or one can be a bit anal, and pay attention to a few minor details and get astounding results. Depends on one's priorities.
