Charging 4 12-volt house batteries with portable charger

When topping is necessary, my plan is to split the bank in two, keep A in service while top charging B, and then put B back into service while top charging A. And when EQ'ing becomes necessary, doing the same top charging, but then splitting those top charged banks into two 6 volters and Eq'ing them individually.

Hopefully this will keep the individual cycles down to a minimum.
