Charging w/ a v10 is fine, just charge 50 to 70% will keep the run time down.
But you should be seeing well over 100 amps when first starting the v10, and it should hang around 60 amps for a while. Mine charges 10 amps when the batts are full charged.
Your PD wizard should start out charging its max amps (45 on a 9145) then taper to 30 to 35 amps after several minutes, and stay there for a while, then dropping to 20 amps after an hour or 2, at which time I shut mine down.
I don't believe anything about a PD converter not charging its max on either an Onan, or a Generac or a Honda. That's BS !
