I fully charged the new batteries prior to installing them last night. Monday we are off to the beach for a few days of dry camping. I will watch the amps on both the engine and generator charging. Using the table of voltage vs %, I can verify my setting of 170 amp capacity and adjust if necessary. I do have a .2 amp drop between the house batteries and battery monitor with the converter charger. I have verified this with my Sears Craftsman amp meter. Yes, I do double check the reading from the battery monitor, converter charger panel and at the battery confirming amp drawing and voltage.
